TRAPS

If for example the opponent has you trapped the best thing is not to panic and try to make him fall.

You make them fall!!

  1. Simple get as many doors as you can then try to play slowly to make opponent give way and pile up his checkers.
  2. See as the 5 & 4 gives him no choice but to leave the corner.
This is because he cannot play it from here (I would like to see the white checkers on the bottom far side flash). This will allow black to play slowly and gain doors
  3. 2 & 2 lucky as it seems it’s just a matter of time and patients.
  4. As the board stands now the black is better position because it has more checkers to play without any risk.
  5. Try to keep this door. It is vital for you to keep the door that allows your opponent out.
Door to Trap Opponent

Trapping an opponent is easy when your lucky but when luck is on your side then that's when strategy comes in.
Example is when you leave your checkers open.
Say I played a 4 & 3.
This is how I played it.

  1. I have risked both checkers! (Move checkers accordingly)
  2. But say my opponent gets 4 & 3 himself. He would not have a non risky move unless he played to a existing door.
  3. I have now the opportunity to create doors.
These numbers would create doors for example 1&3, 4&3, 5&1, 6&2 etc… (I want all these to play and appear playing)

My advice is to try to keep your checker away from 6 or lower spaces away from opponents checkers unless you have to.

You will find out that sometimes you have to risk the game.

Say I then got 6 & 3. (Create door on column 7)

I have got a crucial door. If I was then able to proceed and get 4 & 2 I would have 4 doors. The main objectives are to create doors next to each other so the opponent is trapped. (when 4 & 2 I would like I checker from column 8 and column 6 to get a door in column 4) and then I want the checkers to flash to indicate the 4 doors).
